Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage team of maintenance in the shift of the Air Astana Airline;
• To support the airworthiness in the framework of tasks, solved by the Base and Line Maintenance Departments, including, but not being limited by the following list:
• At implementing planned and ad hocmaintenance works in the framework of tasks, solved by the Group, brigade and/or individually;
• At removing refusals and malfunctions ofaircrafts in the framework of tasks, solved by shift, the Brigade and/or individually;
• At performing works refinement andmodification works in the framework of tasks, solved by the Brigade and/or individually;
• To control of implementation of tasks by shift, the Brigade and/or individually;
• With competencies of the certifying personnel (line or base maintenance) by personal permissions with categories A, B2 and/or C;
• With supporting personnel, base maintenance, by personal permissions with categories B2;
• With a view to help in maintenance and/or get experience in maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Communication skills;
• Leadership skills;
• Type training certification and CCA for A320 and B767 family aircraft;
• Knowledge of company procedures LMP EPM MOE;
• Knowledge and ability to use TRAX, AIRBUS WORD, and MY BOEING FLEET software;
• More than 5 years of experience in maintenance as a certifying staff;
• Knowledge of English at a conversational level and sufficient to read and understand technical documentation;
• Higher education in avionics preferable.
